I don't really get the bottom of this batting order after LaRoche. LaRoche, Langerhans, and McCann represent 3 left-handed batters in a row. Wilson Betemit bats 8th, a switch-hitter.
Chipper is apparently still on the DL; no news has been reported and he's not in the lineup.
Victor Zambrano starts for the Mets. He is 4-7 but with a 3.58 ERA.
