Kelly Johnson was awarded the NL Player of the Week award for June 13-19.
He hit .417/.533/.833 for a 1.367 OPS, and had 3 homers and 11 RBIs. He had 6 of those RBI in one game, becoming the 2nd Braves rookie (along with Ryan Langerhans) this season to accomplish that feat. It's the first time a team has had 2 different rookies have 6 RBI in a game since 1987.
