I know the Braves have endured a lot more DL time than most teams out there, and perhaps more than any this season. But as long as they stay close to the top of the NL East, I can't help but wonder:
What would be said of the Atlanta Braves if they manage to pull out another division championship with a team of so many youngsters as to resemble the 1991 squad? Could the streak have a new beginning?
Of course, I just like being optimistic. And until another team clinches the NL East, the Braves are its champions. And I know they have the talent to hang on to that title, even with so many guys on the DL. It's just a matter of the guys in the lineup rising to the challenge and winning one game at a time!
