With a home run in the 3rd inning, Andruw Jones has broken the Braves all-time franchise record for home runs in a season, a record previously shared by Hank Aaron and Eddie Matthews. It was Andruw's 48th of the season.
With still plenty of games left, Andruw can extend the record to 50 and perhaps beyond.
