Statistically Speaking, a fellow MVN blog, has an entry about Marcus Giles being underpaid.
Giles is making about half of what Mark Teixiera is, and Giles' production is not that much inferior to what Teixera's is. It goes in depth about the stats to prove it. Good read.
Apparently Marcus and his agent aren't too demanding, and the Braves got a good deal.
