The Braves
traded Jorge Sosa to St. Louis for
Rich Scalamandre, a 26 year old Triple A right-hander. Scalamandre doesn't give up many hits or homers, but has a high walk rate as well as a fairly high strikeout rate. (And he has a funny name.) At least we got something for Sosa.
