The Braves
traded Richmond reliever Brad Baker to Boston for minor league pitcher
Franklin Nunez.
The deal was actually made in Spring Training, with the Braves getting Nunez for a player to be named later. Baker was evidently that player.
Baker was pitching well for Richmond, although Nunez was not. The Braves announced the move now because of the additions of Tyler Yates and Wayne Franklin to Richmond's bullpen.
