In May 1979, there was a game in Wrigley Field where the Phillies beat the Mets 23-22. It was really windy.
Today, the wind is howling out, and it is 6-4 Atlanta in the 2nd inning. Cubs starter Ryu is gone after 28 pitches and 4 homers allowed.
Update: And what the heck is this?!? Smoltz can barely walk and they're leaving him in?!?!?! Get him out of there, Bobby! The last thing we need is for Smoltz to go all Dizzy Dean on us.
