Update: O'Brien says that with Dotel going to the DL, Martin Prado will stay with the team and Manny Acosta has been activated for tonight's game. Bob Wickman has gotten the OK to keep pitching, but Octavio Dotel has been placed on the 15-day disabled list with a right shoulder strain. Dotel hasn't been right since being acquired by Atlanta and for the second straight year, the Braves acquired a reliever on the deadline that almost immediately has had to go to the DL. I'm trying to figure out the corresponding roster move right now. Dave O'Brien is reporting that right-hander Manny Acosta was activated to take the place of Martin Prado, but the infielder may have been kept around with Dotel going on the DL.
