At last, the long-awaited publication of my article "Can Money Still Buy the Postseason in MLB? A 10-year retrospective on revenue sharing and the luxury tax" in the University of Denver Sports & Entertainment Law Journal has arrived.† You can find my full-length legal journal article here. And in case any of you have noticed my lack of posting in the last week or so, I promise to be back in about 10 days.† I'm currently studying every waking hour (and there are a lot of them because I can't sleep) for the bar exam, which is next week.† I am grateful for your well wishes, prayers, ritual chanting, voodoo spells...anything that might help me pass!
