As some of you know, I am currently working on a manuscript that I hope to have published as a book. It will be based on the legal journal article I had published by the University of Denver Sports & Entertainment Law Journal. Most of that article was based on fact, but I have to admit that in terms of the opinion portions, I have changed my position a little. Without revealing too much, I want to ask a simple question.
